Lee Skinner, joined us in late 2009 to head up London’s Flying Chef. Lee has been managing in food delivery for 18 years and has a real passion for getting it right first time, whilst creating a friendly environment for clients, staff and suppliers alike.

Flying Chef is the business catering arm of the group specialising in the working lunch, canapés and buffet market. Through Lee’s dedication and passion for food and the drive he has for himself and his people, this is a market that we are seeing tremendous growth.

Lee said, “ I am delighted to become the Managing Director of such a well known and respected company and know that with my team, we can drive London Flying Chef on to the next level. Opening a new chapter in the companies 20 year history.
