Sam was head hunted from her previous job in recruitment and managing chefs, to work for the Crown Group to oversee the internal staffing agency that was being launched.
Sam’s first event for Crown Venue Catering (now Kudos Hospitality) in July 2001 was to recruit 200 staff for a Tottenham Hotspur football match, the event proved to be a huge success and Sam’s success has continued to the present day. Sam now runs a successful agency with a supply of over 2,000 staff on her books working in and around London at over 120 venues.
