Following exceptional growth of the Crown Group over the past 3 years the Chairman, Russell Morgan decided to appoint Charles Beer, Managing Director of Crown Society Special Events Caterer into a new role as Chief Executive of the Crown Group.

Charles Beer said, "Through focusing on our core visions and values the operating companies of the group will constantly maintain, improve and achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction, leading to business success. Retaining our loyal and committed team members is essential to support our planned growth; embracing Investors in People will assist the group to recruit and retain people who will help us realise our ambitions. To bring the Crown Group firmly into the 21st Century we have introduced a state of the art IT and communication systems.
