Nick Moore

Nick started his career with Forte Hotels holding several roles from General Manager at Haydock to Group Food and Beverage Development Manager for the Post House and Crest Hotels looking after all areas of the catering operation and development of new retail opportunities.

The moving on to Scottish and Newcastle Retail as Catering Development Director where he was instrumental in the development of over 50 retail brands and concepts inc Chef and Brewer operating in over 1550 bars restaurants and Hotels developing his skills as a strong commercial retail operation, Nick was a key player with the sale of SNR to Spirit Group in ..... Were he was a leading player in the integration of the two business with Spirit after which he then left holding several roles including Head of Retail Development at Regent Inns and Elior .

In 2009 Nick joined Crown Group and has been a key player in the development of the Procurement Department inc the capital program adding real value and added value to the group.

Nick is passionate about service and standards and wanting to add real value to the group through his detailed knowledge of the market and practices in the market.
