Managing Director
Colin’s early career started in the kitchen, specialising in larder and pastry, whilst working full-time under Executive Chef and past Roux Scholar and Young Chef of the Year Stephen Duffield. This position gave him a passion for competition cookery, taking Colin all over the world to compete where in Taiwan he became the first chef to win a medal for Britain at the 21st World Skills Olympics.
Following various positions as Head Chef across the globe, Colin joined Seasoned Events 11 years ago and moved out of the Kitchen and into a variety of management roles including that of Menu Designer, Customer Service Director, and Operations Director. Such a breath of experience in various roles leads inevitably to that of Managing Director which Colin was proud to take up in February 2009.
The continued growth of the company is illustrative of our partnerships and our people and I am looking forward to working with a great team to develop the existing business further and to maximise new opportunities for Seasoned Events.
