Stephen Quinn has taken over as Managing Director of London’s Flying Chef. Stephen has over 30 years experience in the hospitality industry and is a former chairman of the Craft Guild of Chefs.
Stephen has worked in many sectors and is a former Executive Chef for Marriott and Group Development Chef for Restaurant Associates in London. Stephen has worked in Germany, Canada and the Philippines.
Stephen believes that Flying Chef is a great brand and the benefits of being part of the Crown Group will assist him in establishing the company as the first choice for business lunches and events.
“The opportunities are endless and the level of support from the Crown Group is immense” Stephen says.
