This is a fast paced environment so candidates will need to be completely at home with ODC/Events and high volume catering, along with an eye for detail and presentation
Reporting to the Head Chef, you will be responsible for assisting with all the main food production, with a ‘hands on’ approach.
This is a demanding role and although based at our kitchens in Romford you will be required to work at various outside venues.
Other responsibilities include assisting with supervising and managing a brigade, menu development and ordering, as well as ensuring that health and safety and food & hygiene are maintained to the highest standard.
