The Crown Group is a leading, independent event and catering service provider and is currently looking to recruit an Internet Marketing Executive to join our internet marketing department.

Qualified candidates will be passionate, creative, and extremely organized and detail oriented, ideally with or seeking a degree in a Computer Science. Positive attitude, flexibility, and interest in high technology as well as ability to work in fast paced changing environment a must.

Successful candidates:

• Will have knowledge of the Internet, how it is used and realise its marketing potential
• Will be resourceful and willing to take problems into their own hands when needed
• Will have good writing and communication skills
• Will be willing to learn about their industry on a daily basis
• Will have basic knowledge htm although this is not a necessity

Main activities will include (training will be provided on how to approach each of the tasks):

• Working on all the technical aspects of SEO – search engine optimization
• Gathering and maintaining all of the clients on the first pages of major search engines including Google, Yahoo and MSN.
• Writing articles relating to websites in order to spread word of mouth and gain valuable links as well as build links through media wire services.
• Research and identify, via a number of methods, potential websites for relevant hyperlinks and research new techniques to expand web link opportunities.
• Analyse of current Pay-per click advertising campaigns and research into potential new markets as well as writing the content and slogans of text adverts for Google, Yahoo and MSN.
• Making minor changes to the websites in relation to Search Engine Optimization and web updates.
