We currently have an opportunity for a Head Chef. The ideal candidate will be someone who constantly strives to produce the best and wow customers with their food and passion.

It is essential that you have an ODC/events background and be used to large volume work.

Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for all the main food production, with a ‘hands on’ approach.

Other responsibilities include supervising and managing a brigade, menu development and ordering, as well as ensuring that health and safety and food & hygiene are maintained to the highest standard.

You must posses a very good business and financial understanding to achieve the required margins and food cost percentages
