Midsummer House, East Anglia’s only two Michelin star restaurant has launched a selection of new dishes to complement its already popular menu, making it Cambridge’s perfect summer dining destination.

Situated on the bank of the River Cam, Midsummer House is the perfect location to come and enjoy the summer season with friends, business clients or your family. This handsome Victorian villa is world renowned for its creative cuisine, guided under the hands of Daniel Clifford. To complement the season and the setting, Clifford has now added some new experiences to the menu which include, a fresh new starter for summer with Sautéed Red Mullet, Jerusalem Artichoke, Mint, Lime, Mojito Sorbet, modern interpretations and exotic combinations followed by the satisfying and the experimental Moroccan Cous Cous, with Cinnamon, Apple and Sultana.

With views that stretch across the River Cam, this tranquil setting is the perfect place to enjoy the summer season with Cambridge’s finest food. Ideal for intimate dinners and business lunches, Midsummer House can also accommodate larger celebrations in its private dining room which includes use of the River Room, with its picturesque views across the river.
