Safety & Assurance Audits

To ensure continual improvement through the Crown Groups area of operation, regular audits are completed on each venue. In 2009 these audits have been reviewed and the scope of the audit has been increased to evaluate further areas of the operation and the services offered to our clients. The revised audits are also used as part of the Crown Group ISO management systems to ensure compliance to the requirements of ISO certification.

The Kudos Hospitality operation at Stationers Hall in Ave Marie Lane London currently holds the highest score within the Crown Group following the recent Safety & Assurance Audit.
